研究布地奈德气雾剂对小儿肺炎临床治疗作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探究布地奈德气雾剂对小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法 方便选取2015年7月―2016年8月该院进行治疗的小儿肺炎患者88例，将其随机分为对照组、治疗组各44例，对照组患者采用阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗，治疗组患者采用布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗，比较两组治疗前后的TNF-α、IgG、IgE各项免疫指标、不良反应发生率以及临床疗效。 结果 与对照组相比，观察组患者的各项免疫指标改善程度相对较大；经过治疗后治疗组的?有效率（88.64%）显著高于对照组，不良反应率为29.55%低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 使用布地奈德气雾剂治疗小儿肺炎疗效确切，不良反应发生率较小，是治愈小儿肺炎患儿的理想方法，值得推广使用。 　　[关键词] 布地奈德气雾剂；小儿肺炎；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2018）02（b）-0146-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of budesonide aerosol on pediatric pneumonia. Methods 88 patients with pediatric pneumonia admitted to ENT Hospital of Daqing Oilfield from July 2015 to August 2016 were conveniently selected as the research objects which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 44 cases in each group. The control group received the azithromycin intravenous drip treatment， the treatment group were given the budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment， the TNF-， IgG， IgE immune indexes， incidence of adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group， the degree of the improvement of various immune indicators in the observation group was relatively large； after the treatment， the total effective rate of the treatment group （88.64%） was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the adverse reaction rate was 29.55%， which was lower than that of the control group. So the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Using budesonide aerosol for the treatment of infantile pneumonia is effective， and its incidence of adverse reactions is small.
