瘦素与男性冠心病相关性研究 　　【中图分类号】R6 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783(2010)07-0229-03 　　【摘要】目的 探讨瘦素(LEP)与男性冠心病(CHD)及其危险因素的相关性。 方法 选取拟诊断为CHD而行冠状动脉造影术(CAG)的男性患者102例,根据CAG结果及Gensini积分分为正常对照组与CHD组。CHD组根据Gensini积分分为轻度、中度及重度病变组;根据心功能情况分心功能正常( A组)及心功能不全组( B组)。检测低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、左室舒张末期射血分数(LVEF)等指标。结果 1.各组血清LEP浓度比较:CHD组高于正常对照组(p 0.01);CHD重度病变组高于中度及轻度病变组(p 0.01);中度病变组高于轻度病变组(p0.01);CHD B组高于A组(P0.05)。2.CHD患者血清LEP浓度与LDL-C等呈正相关(p 0.05或p 0.01),与LVEF等呈负相关(p 0.05或p 0.01)。结论 男性CHD患者LEP水平升高,其水平与Gensini积分正相关,与LVEF呈负相关,提示LEP与男性CHD患者心功能不全的发病机制有一定关系。 　　关键词 冠心病;动脉粥样硬化;心功能;瘦素.省略 　　Selection of the clinical diagnosis of CHD and coronary angiography (Coronary angiography, CAG) 102 cases of male patients 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the relationship between serum leptin level and associated risk factors in male patients with Coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods These 102 cases of male patients were collected from the patients with dubious CHD and do coronary angiography(CAG) , according to CAG results and Gensini points they were integrated into normal control group and the CHD group. CHD group was divided into mild disease group, moderate disease group and severe disease group; according to the heart function they were divided into normal heart function (A group) and heart failure group (B group). Detected low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)、left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and so on. Results 1. The serum leptin level in male patients with CHD were higher than the control group (p 0.01); In terms of the CHD group, the serum leptin level of severe disease was higher than the moderate disease and mild disease group(p 0.01) , the moderate disease was higher than mild disease(p0.01);B group concentration higher than A group (P0.05).2.The serum leptin concentration in patients with CHD was positively correlated with LDL-Cand other related indicators(p 0.05或p 0.01)and negatively correlated with LVEF(p 0.05或p 0.01) .
