社区妇幼保健团队模式在产后访视中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究社区妇幼保健团队模式在产后访视中的应用效果。方法：选取笔者所在社区2015年10月-2016年10月分娩的294例产妇作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组147例进行常规传统社区产后访视，观察组147例开展社区妇幼保健团队模式产后访视，比较两组产妇与新生儿的随访结果。结果：观察组的纯母乳喂养率、保健知识掌握率、产妇对于新生儿护理知识掌握率均明显高于对照组，同时观察组的新生儿肺炎发生率、乳腺炎发生率、产后抑郁症发生率及新生儿皮肤皮疹发生率均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：社区妇幼保健团队模式的产后访视对产妇及新生儿有很大帮助，值得推广和应用。 　　【关键词】 社区妇幼保健； 团队模式； 产后访视 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.3.082 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）03-0153-02 　　Study on the Application of Community Maternal and Child Health Care Team Model in Postpartum Visit/ZHANG Yushuang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（3）：153-154 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of community maternal and child health care（MCH） team model in postpartum visits.Method：From October 2015 to October 2016，294 women in this community were selected as subjects of the study，and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.147 cases of the control group were conducted in conventional traditional community postpartum visit，147 cases of the observation group were treated with community MCH team model postpartum visit，the follow-up results of the two groups of maternal and newborns were compared.Result：In the observation group，the rates of exclusive breastfeeding，knowledge of health care，maternal knowledge of neonatal care were all significantly higher than those of the control group，and the incidences of neonatal pneumonia，mastitis，postpartum depression and newborn children skin rash were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Postpartum visit of the community MCH team model is helpful to mothers and newborns，and is worth promoting and applying. 　　【Key words】 Community maternal and child care； Team model； Postpartum visit 　　First-author’s address：Machikou Community Health Service Center in Changping District of Beijing，Beijing 102202，China 　　?a后访视是产妇系统管理和儿童系统管理的重要环节，主要是针对分娩出院后的产妇和新生儿进行认真随访，严密观察以及发现和处理异常情况，确保产妇和新生儿
