痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素对小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。 方法 随机选择2015年1―12月该院进行支气管肺炎治疗的患儿100例，随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。观察两组患儿临床疗效，临床症状消失时间。疗前和治疗后3 d、治疗后7 d的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP变化情况。 结果 观察组治愈率与总有效率明显高于对照组，观察组患者的各项临床症状和体征消失时间均明显短于对照组，治疗后3 d两组患者IL-6、TNF-α、CRP均明显降低，但观察组降低的更加明显，上述各项且具有组间差异（P0.05）。结论 痰热清注射液联合阿奇霉素对小儿支气管肺炎具有良好的临床疗效，能够缩短患儿临床症状，且安全性高，可以于临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 痰热清；阿奇霉素；小儿支气管肺炎 　　[中图分类号] R246.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（b）-0157-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of tanreqing injection combined with azithromycin in treatment of bronchopneumonia in children. Methods 100 cases of children with bronchopneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， and the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed， the disappearance time of symptoms and signs including fever， cough， pulmonary rale and pulmonary shadow of the two groups were observed， and the changes of serum interleukin-6， tumor necrosis factor and C-reactive protein of the two groups before treatment and after 3d and 7d of treatment were observed. Results 16 cases were cured， the cure rate was 32.00% and the total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group， 9 cases were cured， the cure rate was 18.00% and the total effective rate was 80.00%， and the cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group and the differences had statistical significance， P0.05， the fever time， cough time， disappearance time of pulmonary rale and pulmonary shadow in the observation group were obviously shorter than those in the control group， and the differences had statistical significance， P0.05， the IL-6， TNF-α and CRP of the two groups after 3d of treatment obviously decreased， but the decrease in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group， and there was a difference between groups， P0.05.
