社区高血压患者药学干预治疗经济学价值分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨社区高血压患者药学干预治疗的经济学价值。方法 选取2013年1月～2015年12月宝安区中心医院西乡街道的300例社区高血压患者作为研究对象，将患者根据血压测量值和体重指数分为两组，每组各150例。对照组患者实施传统药学干预，观察组患者采用个性化药物干预。比较两组患者的血压控制情况、用药依从性、生活习惯情况和治疗费用。结果 干预后，两组患者的舒张压、收缩压水平均显著低于本组干预前，差异有统计学意义（P0.01），观察组患者的舒张压和收缩压明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者的用药依从性及生活习惯明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者的治疗总费用明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 药学干预能够使社区高血压患者的治疗成本减少，有助于控制血压水平和提高用药依从性，经济学价值较高。 　　[关键词]社区高血压；药学干预；经济学价值 　　[中图分类号] R95 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（b）-0134-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the economic value of pharmaceutical intervention as a treatment in community hypertension patients.Methods 300 community hypertension patients treated in Xixiang Street of Bao′an Central Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as research objects.According to blood pressure measurement and body weight index， patients were evenly divided into two groups，150 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with traditional pharmaceutical intervention，and patients in observation group were treated with individualized drug intervention.The blood pressure control，medication compliance，living habits and treatment cost were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention，the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of patients in two groups were significantly lower than before intervention，the differences were statistically significant （P0.01），the diastolic and systolic blood pressure levels of patients in observation group was obviously lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The patients with medication adherence and life habits of observation group were better than control group，and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.The total cost of treatment for patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion Pharmaceutical intervention can
