细节管理在超声引导下改良塞丁格技术行经PICC置管中应用效果 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨细节管理在超声引导下改良塞丁格技术行经PICC置管中的应用效果。方法：随机选取2016年7月-2017年7月本院收治的超声引导下改良塞丁格技术行经PICC置管患者60例，根据护理管理方法分为常规管理组和细节管理组，每组30例。对两组患者的一次穿刺成功、一次置管成功、住院时间、留置导管时间、术后并发症、置管满意度进行统计分析。结果：细节管理组患者的一次穿刺成功率、一次置管成功率均显著高于常规管理组（P0.05），住院时间均显著短于常规管理组（P0.05），留置导管时间显著长于常规管理组（P0.05），术后并发症发生率显著低于常规管理组（P0.05），置管满意度显著高于常规管理组（P0.05）。结论：细节管理在超声引导下改良塞丁格技术行经PICC置管中的应用效果好。 　　【关键词】 细节管理； 超声引导； 改良塞丁格技术； PICC置管 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of detail management on the application of the modified seldinger technique under the ultrasonic guidance in PICC catheter.Method：A total of 60 patients who applied the modified seldinger technique under the ultrasonic guidance modified sending technology in PICC catheter were randomly selected in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017，they were divided into the routine management group and the detail management group according to the nursing management method，each group had 30 patients.The datum of the one-time success rate of puncture，the one-time success rate of PICC，the operation time，the blood loss，the hospitalization time，the indwelling catheter time，the postoperative complications，the catheter satisfaction in two groups were analyzed statistically.Result：The one-time success rate of puncture and the one-time success rate of PICC in the detail management group were significantly higher than those in the routine management group（P0.05），the hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the routine management group（P0.05），the indwelling catheter time was significantly longer than that in the routine management group（P0.05），the postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than that in the routine management group （P0.05），the catheter satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the routine management group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of detail management on the application of the modified seldinger technique under the ultrasonic guidance in the PICC catheter is better. 　　【
