老年冠心病左心功能不全患者应用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨冠心病左心功能不全老年患者以阿托伐他汀、 曲美他嗪联合治疗，患者心功能改善情况。方法 方便选取该院门诊部门于2015年1月―2017年1月期间收治的92例冠心病左心功能不全老年患者为研究对象，采用随机排列表法将患者分为一般组（常规用药利尿剂、醛固酮拮抗剂、洋地黄等）、观察组（加用阿托伐他汀、 曲美他嗪），组数均为46例，以超声检查用药前后患者左心室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）以及 收缩末期内径（LVESD），检测治疗前后患者基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）以及血管内皮素-1（ET-1）水平变化情况。结果 入院时心电图指标、MMP-9、ET水平组间比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），用药后观察组LVESD（38.15±3.78）mm、LVDD（50.43±6.07）mm以及MMP-9（31.85±7.68）ng/mL、ET（60.53±11.47） μg/L明显降低（P0.05）。结论 临床在对冠心病所致左心功能不全的老年者治疗时，为改善患者心功能、血管内皮功能，可使用阿托伐他汀、曲美他嗪治疗，效果较好。 　　[关键词] 左心功能不全；阿托伐他汀；老年；曲美他嗪；冠心病 　　[中图分类号] R541 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（c）-0128-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of atorvastatin and trimetazidine in treatment of senile patients with left heart insufficiency derived from ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods 92 cases of senile patients with left heart insufficiency derived from ischemic cardiomyopathy admitted and treated in our department from January 2015 to January 2017 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each， the general group adopted the routine diureticum， aldosterone antagonists and foxglove， the observation group added the atorvastatin and trimetazidine， and the LVEDD and LVESD of patients before and after medication were examined by ultrasound， and the changes of MMP-9 and ET-1 levels before and after treatment were tested. Results At admission， the differences in the electrocardiogram index， MMP-9 and ET levels were not statistically significant（P0.05）， after medication， the LVESD（38.15±3.78）mm， LVDD（50.43±6.07）mm and MMP-9（31.85±7.68）ng/mLl， ET（60.53±11.47） μg/L in the observation group obviously decreased（P0.05）. Conclusion We can use atorvastatin and trimetazidine in treatment of senile patients with left heart insufficiency derived from ischemic cardiomyopathy， which can improve the cardiac function and vascular endothelial function， and the effect is better. 　　[Key words] Left heart insufficiency； Atorvastatin； Senile； Trimetazi
