肛肠术后尿滁留中医治疗分析 　　【摘 要】 目的：对肛肠术后尿潴留的中医治疗方法进行探析。方法：选择2013年5月―2014年11月在我院就诊的100例肛肠术后尿潴留患者，将这100例患者随机分成对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组患者采用水流声诱导、臀部肌肉注射甲硫酸新斯的明的治疗方法；观察组患者采用中药口服、耳穴贴压、针灸及中药烫熨相结合的中医多途径综合治疗方法。结果：相较于对照组，观察组患者的自行排尿时间、排尿完全通畅时间明显缩短，膀胱残留尿量明显降低，住院时间明显减少；观察组接受治疗后的总有效率为94.0%明显高于对照组的72.0%，差异具有统计学意义，P0.05。结论：对肛肠术后尿潴留患者进行中医多途径综合治疗，有利于促进患者排尿，疗效显著，值得临床推广与应用。 　　【关键词】 肛肠术后尿滁留 中医治疗 多途径综合疗法 　　【Abstract】 Objective：to analysis the anorectal postoperative urinary retention of the treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods： May2013-2014 11 month in our hospital for treatment of 100 cases of Anorectal Postoperative Patients with urinary retention， the 100 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group （50 cases）and observation group（50cases）.Patients in the control group using the sound of flowing water induced，The control group were treated with the sound of flowing water induced， hip intramuscular injection of neostigmine methyl sulfate of treatment； the observation group were treated with oral administration of Chinese medicine， auricular plaster therapy， combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicine ironing many ways of Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment method.Results： compared with the control group， observation group patients self voiding time， micturition completely unobstructed time is obviously shortened， bladder residual urine volume was lower， hospitalization duration were significantly reduced； control group，the effective rate was 72.0%，the observation group after treatment the total efficiency was 94.0%was significantly higher than that of 72.0% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant，P0.05.
