肛肠脓肿手术联合中医治疗对预后影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肛肠脓肿手术联合中医治疗对预后的影响。 方法 2013年7月～2015年7月，本院共收治了90例肛肠脓肿患者，将所有的患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组45例。给予对照组常规手术治疗；观察组在对照组基础上加用中医治疗，评估两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.78%，显著高于对照组的84.44%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者SDS、SAS评分分别为（22.65±4.86）、（20.42±4.65）分，均显著低于对照组的（34.66±7.02）、（31.25±6.48）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者复发率为0，显著低于对照组的11.11%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者治疗总满意率为95.56%，明显高于对照组的82.22%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 手术治疗联合中医治疗肛肠脓肿，能有效改善患者临床症状，降低复发率，提高满意度，值得临床应用。 　　[关键词] 肛肠脓肿手术；中医治疗；预后 　　[中图分类号] R657.1+5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（c）-0039-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of anorectal abscess surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine on prognosis. Methods 90 patients with anorectal abscess admitted into our hospital from July 2013 to July 2015 were selected and evenly divided into control group and observation group in random，with 45 cases in each group.In the control group，conventional surgery was used，while in the observation group，on the basis of the control group，traditional Chinese medicine therapy was added.The therapeutic effect between two groups was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.78%， much higher than 84.44% in the control group，which was displayed a statistical difference（P0.05）.The scores of self-rating depression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） in the observation group were（22.65±4.86） points and （20.42±4.65） points respectively，both greatly lower than （34.66±7.02） points and （31.25±6.48） points in the control group，with statistical differences（P0.05）.The recurrence rate in the observation group was 0，lower than that in the control group accounting for 11.11%，with a statistical difference（P0.05）.The satisfaction in the observation group was 95.56%，significantly higher than that in the control group accounting for 82.22%，with a statistical difference（P0.05）.
