舒适护理在妊娠期高血压疾病患者围生期中应用体会 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨对妊娠期高血压疾病围生期产妇使用舒适护理的临床应用效果。方法：选取2016年1月-2017年1月本院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者64例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各32例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理。比较两组分娩方式、入院及出院时的焦虑情况（SAS评分）、并发症及护理满意情况。结果：观察组顺产率为62.50%，高于对照组的25.00%（P0.05），且观察组剖宫产率为28.12%，低于对照组的62.50%（P0.05）；观察组总满意度为96.87%，高于对照组59.37%（P0.05）；出院时，观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组（P0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率为12.50%，低于对照组的34.37%（P0.05）。结论：使用舒适护理后患者的身心处于舒适状态，明显提高了护理质量，降低了剖宫产及并发症的发生率，提高了患者对临床护理服务的满意度，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 舒适护理； 妊娠期高血压疾病； 围生期 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing for perinatal pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Method：A total of 64 patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected，according to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care，and observation group received comfort nursing，the mode of delivery，the admission and discharge of anxiety（SAS score），complications and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared.Result：The rate of delivery in the observation group was 62.50%，which was higher than 25.00% of the control group（P0.05）.The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was 28.12%，which was lower than 62.50% of the control group（P0.05）.The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.87%，which was higher than 59.37% of the control group（P0.05）.The SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 12.50%，which was lower than 34.37% of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：After the use of comfort care，the patients’ body and mind are in a comfortable state，which significantly improves the quality of nursing，reduces the incidence of cesarean section and complications，and improves the patients’ satisfaction with clinical nursing services，which is
