舒适护理在胃镜检查患者中应用效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察舒适化护理在胃镜检查过程中的临床效果，为临床提供参考依据。 方法 收集160例在我院接受胃镜检查的患者，将其分为观察组与对照组，每组各80例，对照组采用常规化护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上联合舒适护理，对两组患者检查中的心率、血压及检查用时进行比较，并对两组患者的胃镜检查依从性及满意度进行比较。 结果 观察组患者检查中的血压、心率均低于对照组，观察组的检查用时为（5.7±1.8）min，而对照组的为（7.8±2.1）min，两组之间的差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的胃镜检查总接受率为97.50%，而对照组为86.25%，两组患者的胃镜检查总接受率之间差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的胃镜检查总满意率为95.00%，而对照组为83.75%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 舒适护理在胃镜检查减轻了患者检查的不适感，增加了患者的治疗满意度，对疾病的早诊早治具有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 舒适护理；胃镜；满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）29-0136-03 　　The effect of comfortable nursing on patients with gastroscopy examining 　　ZHUGE Weiwei1 PAN Shuang1 GUO Caixiu2 LIU Naxin3 　　1.Department of 2nd Gastroenterology， the First Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University， Wenzhou 325015， China； 2.Endoscopy Center， the First Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University， Wenzhou 325015， China； 3.Gastrointestinal Surgery， the First Hospital Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University， Wenzhou 325015， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of comfortable nursing on patients with gastroscopy examining， provide the reference for the clinic.
