胎盘附着位置异常对产后出血影响及研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨胎盘附着位置异常对产后出血的影响及结局。方法 收集该院2010年1月―2014年3月救治的200例胎盘附着位置异常的产妇，根据胎盘主体附着于子宫的位置进行分为前置胎盘77例，低置胎盘123例。同时收集同期胎盘位置正常的单胎妊娠孕妇200例作为对照组进比较。结果 观察组年龄为（32.5±4.5）岁，产次：0次88例，1次98例，2次以上14例，流产次数：0次90例，1次100例，2次以上10例，产后出血188例，产后出血率96.0%，出血量为（855.7±56.6）mL。对照组年龄为（32.6±4.6）岁，产次：0次87例，1次100例，2次以上13例，流产次数：0次155例，1次43例，2次以上2例，产后出血8例，产后出血率4.0%，出血量为（55.5±21.1）mL，两组产妇在年龄、产次方面比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05），在流产次数、产后出血及出血量比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05），该组观察组剖宫产180例，早产62例， 子宫切除6例，新生儿窒息4例，对照组剖宫产64例，早产16例， 两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 胎盘附着位置异常是导致产后出血的主要原因之一，也是是导致新生儿和产妇死亡的重要原因。 　　[关键词] 胎盘附着位置异常；产后出血；影响 　　[中图分类号] R714.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（c）-0067-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of abnormal placenta position on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods To collect the hospital from January 2010 to March 2014 treated 200 cases of abnormal maternal placenta position， according to the attached to the placenta subject position of uterus were divided into 77 cases of placenta previa， placenta， 123 cases of low. Collected at the same time period the placenta normal single pregnancy， 200 cases of pregnant women as control group in comparison. Results Observation group age was （32.5±4.5）， the production time： 0 time in 88 cases， 98 cases at 1 time， 2 times more than 14 cases， abortion times： 0 time in 90 cases， 100 cases at 1 time， 2 times more than 10 cases， 188 cases of postpartum hemorrhage， postpartum hemorrhage rate was 96.0%， the bleeding for（855.7±56.6）mL. Control group age was （32.6±4.6）， the production time： 0 time in 87 cases， 1 time in 100 cases， 13 cases of more than 2 times， number of abortion： 0 time in 155 cases， 43 cases 1 time， 2 times or more in 2 cases， 8 cases of postpartum hemorrhage， postpartum hemorrhage rate was 4.0%， the bleeding for （55.5±21.1）mL， two groups of women in terms of age， time is no statistical significance （P0.05）， the number of abortions， postpartum hemorrhage and the bleeding was statistically significant （P0.05）， and this group of observation
