脂代谢水平对义齿种植患者修复效果影响 　　[摘要]目的：探究脂代?x水平对义齿种植患者修复效果的影响，为提高临床上义齿种植患者的预后及获得良好的修复效果提供参考。方法：选取2015年1月-2017年5月笔者科室收治的83例义齿种植患者为研究对象，按照患者脂代谢水平正常与否将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组：36例脂代谢水平正常患者；观察组：47例脂代谢紊乱患者。检测分析两组患者种植体稳定性、全唾液中白细胞介素6（IL-6）、白细胞介素1β（IL-1β）、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）水平， 并比较两组患者治疗时间与口腔功能恢复时间。结果：两组患者种植前、种植后1个月和3个月出血指数及探诊深度比较，无统计学差异（P0.05）；两组患者种植即刻、种植后1个月、3个月种植体稳定性比较，无统计学差异（P0.05）；两组种植前、种植后1个月及3个月IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：脂代谢紊乱的义齿种植患者与脂代谢水平正常患者均具有良好的种植体稳定性，且两者的治疗时间与口腔功能恢复时间基本相同，即两者在义齿种植术后均可取得良好预后。 　　[关键词]脂代谢水平；义齿种植；TNF-α；IL-6；IL-1β；种植体稳定性 　　[中图分类号]R782.12 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2018）04-0079-03 　　Effect of Lipid Metabolism on the Repairing Effect of Dentures 　　LIU Xiao-jia 　　（Department of Stomatology， Liuzhou Central Hospital of Guangxi Liuzhou Railway， Liuzhou 545007，Guangxi，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To explore the effect of lipid metabolism on the repairing effect of denture implantation，to provide a reference for improving the prognosis of patients with clinical denture implantation and obtaining good repair effect.
