II II Abstract The Airmate Electrical (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd is one of small appliance manufacturing enterprises, mother factory was established in Taiwan. The company has been devoting to manufacturing delicate small home appliances for many years. After 19 years rapid development, the company not only has achieved wonderful economic benefit, but also has created outstanding enterprise culture. On the base of analyzing its enterprise culture construction, this article wants to generalize the hardcore of Airmates enterprise culture. It is that on the lead of its HYPERLINK /search?q=labouramp;keyfrom=E2Ctranslation labour HYPERLINK /search?q=unionamp;keyfrom=E2Ctranslation union, the Airmate has built a kind of enterprise culture workers-cared, public-minded and people-oriented.
