舒肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁与焦虑共病研究 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.11.62 　　摘 要 目的：探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗老年期抑郁与焦虑共病的疗效与安全性。方法：收治老年期抑郁症与焦虑共病患者64例，随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组用舒肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗，对照组单用帕罗西汀，疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD），汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA），评定疗效。治疗中需处理的不良反应采用症状量表（TESS）评定安全性。结果：两组的HAMD和HAMA评分在治疗后均逐渐降低，与治疗前相比，8周后均下降显著，具有统计学意义。在第1、2周末，比较两组间HAMD和HAMA评分，其差异无显著性，第4、6周末HAMD和HAMA评分比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：舒肝解郁胶囊联合帕罗西汀治疗老年期抑郁与焦虑共病疗效较好。 　　关键词 帕罗西汀 舒肝解郁胶囊 老年抑郁与焦虑共病 疗效 安全性 　　Study on Shu Gan Jie Yu capsule combined with paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression complicated with anxiety 　　Qiao Zeguo，Guo Caie，Wu Enhai，Zhang Yuying，Liu Caiyun，Zhou Haixia，Gao Yunxiang 　　Psychiatry，the East Area of the First Hospital of Handan City，Hebei（Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of Handan City） 056001 　　Abstract Objective：To discuss the efficacy and safety of Shu Gan Jie Yu capsule combined with paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression complicated with anxiety.Methods：64 patients with senile depression combined with anxiety were selected，they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Shu Gan Jie Yu capsule combined with paroxetine；the control group was treated with paroxetine individually，the course of treatment was 8 weeks.We evaluated the curative effect with hamilton depression scale（HAMD） and hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA）.We evaluated the safety with the treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS）.Results：HAMD and HAMA score of two groups were decreased after treatment；compared with before treatment，it was decreased significantly after 8 weeks with statistical significance.In the first and the second weekend，we compared the HAMD and HAMA score of the two groups，the difference was not significant；the differences of HAMD and HAMA score at the fourth and sixth weekend were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of Shu Gan Jie Yu capsule combined with paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression complicated
