肝癌患者血清Bcl―2血管内皮生长因子表达水平及意义 　　【摘 要】目的：通过检测血清Bcl-2、血管内皮生长因子的水平，以研究其在肝癌中表达的意义。方法：选取2011年2月～2012年12月入我院经临床确诊为50例肝癌患者为观察组，50例正常者为对照组。检测两组患者血清Bcl-2、血管内皮生长因子的含量及表达阳性率，并分析比较检测结果。结果：观察组患者血清Bcl-2、血管内皮生长因子的表达阳性率均明显大于对照组（98%20%、100%30%），两组相比较差别具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组和对照组的血清Bcl-2的水平分别为（102±40）U/L、（45±30）U/L，观察组显著高于对照组，两组相比较差别具有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组和对照组的血管内皮生长因子水平分别为（415.2±140.3）ng/L、（160.5±65.8）ng/L，观察组明显高于对照组，两组相比较差别具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：肝癌患者的血清Bcl-2、血管内皮生长因子检出率明显高于正常者，且血清中含量多于正常者，对肝癌疾病的预后及治疗有着重要的临床意义。 　　【关键词】肝癌；血清Bcl-2；血管内皮生长因子；凋亡；基因表达 　　【中图分类号】R575.5 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1004-7484（2014）07-4085-01 　　【Abstract】OBJECTIVE：To detect serum Bcl-2， vascular endothelial growth factor levels in order to study the significance of its expression in HCC . Methods：February 2011 - December 2012 into the hospital clinically diagnosed 50 cases of liver cancer patients in the observation group， 50 cases of normal control group. Serum were detected Bcl-2， vascular endothelial growth factor levels and positive expression rate， compare and analyze the test results.
