股骨远端粉碎性骨折采用股骨远端锁定钛板固定联合植骨手术治疗效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探究分析采用股骨远端锁定钛板固定联合植骨手术治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法：将本院2011年7月-2014年8月收治的102例股骨远端粉碎性骨折患者按照随机数字表法分为A、B两组，每组51例。A组采用锁定钛板固定联合植骨手术治疗，B组采用AO解剖钢板内固定手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果：两组患者的手术时间及术中出血量差异比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05），A组的骨折愈合时间（21.5±1.3）周明显短于B组的（26.3±1.5）周，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。术后8个月随访发现，A组的优良率90.2%明显高于B组的74.5%，差异有统计学意义（ 字2=4.318，P=0.038）。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发现比较严重的并发症及不良反应。结论：采用股骨远端锁定钛板固定联合植骨手术治疗股骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效比较理想，安全性高，并发症少，可作为临床治疗该疾病的首选手术方法。 　　【关键词】 股骨远端锁定钛板固定； AO解剖钢板； 疗效分析 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of locking titanium plate fixation at distal femur combined bone graft surgery in the treatment of comminuted fracture of distal femur.Method：102 patients with comminuted fracture of distal femur admitted to our hospital from July 2011 to August 2014 were divided into the group A and the group B according to the random number table method，51 cases in each group.The group A was treated with locking titanium plate fixation at distal femur combined bone graft surgery，the group B was treated with AO anatomical plate combined with bone surgery.The operative time，intraoperative blood loss，fracture healing time，clinical curative effect and adverse events between the two groups were compared.Result：There were no statistically significant differences in the operative time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups（P0.05）.The fracture healing time of the group A was （21.5±1.3）weeks，which was significantly shorter than （26.3±1.5）weeks of the group B，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Eight months after operation， the follow-up found that the excellent and good rate of the group A was 90.2%，which was significantly higher than 74.5% of the group B，the difference was statistically significant（ 字2=4.318，P=0.038）.Two groups of patients in the course of treatment were not found more serious complications and adverse reactions.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of locking titanium plate fix
