肾炎康复片治疗单纯血尿慢性肾炎临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨肾炎康复片治疗单纯血尿慢性肾炎的临床效果。 方法 选取2009年10月～2013年12月本院门诊收入的肾炎患者180例，根据治疗方式不同分为研究组和对照组各90例。两组均给予常规低蛋白、低盐优质饮食，对照组在常规饮食基础上给予适量激素治疗，研究组在对照组基础上给予肾炎康复片治疗。治疗前后检测患者的白蛋白、尿素氮、尿肌酐、尿蛋白情况，比较两组的临床治疗效果。 结果 研究组总有效率为85.6%，对照组为66.7%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组治疗后白蛋白、尿素氮、尿肌酐、尿蛋白水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 肾炎康复片治疗单纯血尿慢性肾炎疗效显著，可较好地改善患者的临床症状，值得后期临床进一步推广应用。 　　[关键词] 肾炎康复片；慢性肾炎；血尿；临床分析 　　[中图分类号] R692.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）08（b）-0131-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of nephritis rehabilitation tablets in treatemtn of hematuria chronic nephritis. Methods One hundred and eighty cases of patients with chronic nephritis admitted by the outpatient service of this hospital from October 2009 to December 2013 were selected，and were divided into research group and the control group according to different methods of treatment，with 90 cases in each group.Patients in two groups were given with quality diet with low protein and low salt，patients in the control group were given with adequate hormone treatment on the basis of conventional diet，while patients in the research group were given with the treatment of nephritis rehabilitation tablets on the basis of control group.The hematuresis routine，renal function index，albumin，immunoglobulin and other indicators of patients before and after treatment were examined，and clinical efficacy was observed. Results The total effective rate of research group was 85.6%，higher than 66.7% of the control group，the difference was significant （P0.05）.After treatment，there was significant difference about albumin，blood urea nitrogen，urine creatinine，urine protein level in two groups （P0.05）.
