肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎临床应用效果研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨肾炎康复片治疗肾小球肾炎的临床应用效果。方法 选取2015年2月23日～2016年2月23日我院收治的60例肾小球肾炎患者，将其抽签化分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组和观察组分别采用缬沙坦治疗和肾炎康复片治疗，对比两组的血浆白蛋白、肌酐、胆固醇、尿素氮、尿蛋白、总有效率、不良事件发生率、复发率。结果 观察组的尿素氮[（6.12±0.36）mmol/L]、胆固醇[（2.45±1.74）mmol/L]、尿蛋白[（0.18±0.12）g/24 h]、不良事件发生率（3.33%）、复发率（3.33%），低于对照组的（7.95±0.43）mmol/L、（3.95±1.43）mmol/L、（1.28±0.54）g/24 h、36.67%、33.33%，肌酐[（63.45±2.13）μmol/L]、血浆白蛋白[（34.12±1.29）g/L]、总有效率（96.67%）高于对照组的（61.74±1.32）μmol/L、（29.51±2.33）g/L、63.33%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对肾小球肾炎患者实施肾炎康复片治疗能够提高用药安全性和远期疗效。 　　[关键词]肾炎康复片；肾小球肾炎；效果 　　[中图分类号] R692.3+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（a）-0092-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets in the treatment of glomerulonephritis.Methods Altogether 60 cases of glomerulonephritis patients who were treated in our hospital from February 23 in 2015 to February 23 in 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the drawing lots，with 30 cases in each group.Valsartan and Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets were applied respectively to the control group and observation group，then，patients′ plasma albumin，cholesterol，creatinine，urea nitrogen and urine protein，the total effective rate，the incidence rate of adverse events and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The level of urea nitrogen，cholesterol，urine protein，the incidence rate of adverse events and the recurrence rate of the observation group were （6.12±0.36）mmol/L，（2.45±1.74）mmol/L，（0.18±0.12）g/24 h，3.33% and 3.33%，which were lower than those the control group′s （7.95±0.43）mmol/L，（3.95±1.43）mmol/L，（1.28±0.54）g/24 h，36.67% and 33.33%；the level of creatinine，plasma albumin and the total effective rate of the observation group were （63.45±2.13）μmol/L，（34.12±1.29）g/L and 96.67%，which were higher than those of the control group′s （61.74±1.32）μmol/L，（29.51±2.33）g/L and 63.33%，with significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of glomerulonep
