舒筋散熏洗联合经筋推拿治疗早中期膝骨关节炎疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察舒筋散熏洗联合经筋推拿治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月-2014年12月本院收治的早中期膝骨关节炎患者94例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予经筋推拿治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予舒筋散熏洗治疗，观察比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后膝关节功能、日常生活能力、中医证候积分情况。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，治疗后观察组膝关节功能、日常生活能力、中医证候积分得分均明显优于治疗前及对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：舒筋散熏洗联合经筋推拿治疗早中期膝骨关节炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 舒筋散； 熏洗； 经筋推拿； 膝骨关节炎 　　Efficacy Observation of Shujin San Fumigation Combined with Tendon Massage in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis in Early Middle Stage/TANG Zhi-jian，LIU Xiao-yong，XIAO Chan.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（34）：094-096 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shujin san fumigation combined with tendon massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early middle stage.Method：94 patients with knee osteoarthritis of early middle stage in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the treatment of tendon massage，while the observation group was given Shujin san fumigation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the scores of knee joint function，daily living capacity and TCM syndrome integral were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the scores of knee joint function，daily living capacity and TCM syndrome integral in the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment and those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of Shujin san fumigation combined with tendon massage in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in early middle stage is notable，which is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Shujin San； Fumigation； Tendon massage； Knee osteoarthritis 　　First-author’s address：Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yongxin City，Yongxin 343400，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.34.0
