行气解郁方治疗卒中后抑郁临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探?行气解郁方治疗卒中后抑郁患者的临床效果。 方法 收集2014年9月～2016年5月广东省东莞市人民医院卒中后抑郁患者108例，按随机数字表法分成两组，各54例。对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片，观察组给予行气解郁方，两组均治疗8周。评定汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分、日常生活活动能力（ADL）评分，测定神经递质和神经细胞因子，对比临床疗效。 结果 与治疗前比较，两组治疗后HAMD、NIHSS评分降低，ADL评分升高，血清5-羟色胺（5-HT）、去甲肾上腺素（NE）、多巴胺（DA）升高，5-羟吲哚乙酸（5-HIAA）降低，血清脑源性神经营养因子（BDNF）、神经生长因子（NGF）升高，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）；与对照组比较，观察组治疗后HAMD、NIHSS评分降低，ADL评分升高，血清5-HT、NE、DA升高，5-HIAA降低，血清BDNF、NGF升高，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。对照组总有效率（75.93%）低于观察组（90.74%），差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 行气解郁方能缓解卒中后抑郁患者的抑郁程度，提高生活能力，改善神经递质代谢，值得广泛推广。 　　[关键词] 行气解郁方；卒中后抑郁；日常生活能力 　　[中图分类号] R277 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2018）01（c）-0145-05 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Activating Qi and Resolving Stagnation Formula in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods One hundred and eight cases of patients with post-stroke depression in Dongguan People′s Hospital from September 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by random number table method， with 54 cases in each group. The control group received Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets， the observation group received Activating Qi and Resolving Stagnation Formula， both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The scores of Hamilton depression scale （HAMD）， national institute of health stroke scale （NIHSS） and activities of daily living （ADL） were evaluated. The levels of neurotransmitter and neurocytokines were determined， and the clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.
