解剖锁定接骨板对股骨粗隆间骨折作用探讨 　　[摘要]目的 探析解剖锁定接骨板对股骨粗隆间骨折的作用。方法 2014年6月～2015年5月，我院共收治股骨粗隆间骨折患者72例，以随机综合平衡法将其分为对照组（n=36）与观察组（n=36）。对照组行传统股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗，观察组行解剖锁定接骨板治疗。对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比。结果 由本次研究可知，在手?g时间、手术出血量、住院时间以及愈合时间上，观察组均优于对照组（P5.56%，P0.05）。在复发率上，观察组低于对照组（2.78%16.67%，P0.05）。在临床治疗满意度上，对照组不及观察组（77.78%94.44%，P0.05）。结论 解剖锁定接骨板在股骨粗隆间骨折的临床治疗上具有极佳的应用效果，可在临床治疗中大力推广。 　　[关键词] 解剖锁定接骨板；股骨粗隆间骨折；股骨近端防旋髓内钉；手术指标；术后并发症 　　[中图分类号] R683.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）14-219-03 　　Effect of anatomical locking plate on intertrochanteric fracture 　　TAN Jianji TANG Canrui LI Guoxing LIN Yaobing 　　Department of Orthopaedics， Luoding Peoples Hospital， Luoding 527200， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of anatomical locking plate on intertrochanteric fracture. Methods From June 2014 to May 2015， 72 patients with intertrochanal fracture of femur were treated by random comprehensive balance method （n=36） and observation group （n=36）. The control group was treated with the traditional femoral head of the proximal femoral head of the femoral head， and the anatomical locking bone plate was treated by the observation group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results This study shows that the observation group was better than the control group in the time of operation， the amount of bleeding， the length of stay and the healing time （P5.56%， P0.05）. In the relapse rate， the observation group was much lower than that of the control group （2.78% 16.67%， P0.05）. In the clinical treatment satisfaction， the control group was far less than the observation group （77.78%94.44%， P0.05）. Conclusion The anatomical locking plate has excellent application in the clinical treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.
