解脲支原体与不孕不育症关系探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 对不孕不育与解脲支原体的关系进行分析。 方法 选取我院2010年9月~ 2013年8月收治的90例不孕患者作为观察组，进行解脲支原体检查，同时选择50例生育能力正常的正常人士采用同样的方法进行检测，研究分析孕不育与解脲支原体之间的关系。 结果 观察组分离出解脲支原体89株，其中解脲型48例（53.33%），人型29例（32.22%），解脲型与人型混合感染12例（13.33%）;对照组分离出11例,其中解脲型6例（12.00%），人型3例（6.00%），解脲型与人型混合感染2例（4.00%）。观察组的患者UU阳性概率为54.44%，CT阳性概率为8.89%，对照组的UU阳性率为4.00%，CT阳性概率为2.00%。两组结果比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。 结论 不孕不育与解脲支原体具有密切的关系。 　　[关键词] 解脲支原体感染；不孕不育；检测 　　[中图分类号] R691.3#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] B#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）08-171-03 　　 　　Exploration of relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum and infertility 　　MO#8195;Qingqun 　　Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,Pingfeng Health Center of Fengkai in Guangdong Province, Fengkai 526542,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the relationship between ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) and infertility. Methods Ninety infertile patients admitted to our hospital from September 2010 to August 2013 were selected as the observation group and received UU examination; Meanwhile,50 fertile healthy people used the same method for detection.The relationship between infertility and UU was studied and analyzed. Results The observation group extracted 89 strains of UU,of which 48 strains (53.33%) were ureaplasma type,29 strains (32.22%) were human type, and 12 strains (13.33%) were combined ureaplasma type and human type.The control group extracted 11 strains of ureaplasma urealyticum,of which 6 strains(12.00%)were ureaplasma type,3 strains(6.00%)were human type,and 2 strains(4.00%) were combined ureaplasma type and human type.The observation group had a UU positive rate of 54.44% and a CT positive rate of 8.89%;The control group had a UU positive rate of 4.00% and a CT positive rate of 2.00%;The two groups had statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).
