韦氏智力量表各分项测验遗传度分析双生子研究 　　【摘要】 目的：双生子法探索遗传对各分项智力的影响。方法：从重庆市主城区募集6～16岁的双生子，共募集122对双生子，采用中国修订版韦氏儿童智力量表评对双生子进行智力评定。并采取双生子颊黏膜标本以提取DNA进行卵型鉴定。评估双生子两个个体分值的相关系数并计算各智力指标的遗传度。结果：最终有卵型鉴定结果的共102对，其言语智商、操作智商、总智商遗传度分别为0.282、0.314、0.359，其中言语量表中的算术、词汇遗传度分别为0.360、0.266，操作量表中的木块图遗传度为0.296。结论：遗传因素对操作智商及总智商影响作用较大，言语智商受环境因素影响较大，遗传因素对各测验指标的影响作用按高低顺序排列分别为算术、木块图、词汇。 　　【关键词】 双生子； 中国修订版韦氏儿童智力量表； 智力发育； 遗传度 　　The Twin Study of the Heritability on the Component Table in the Wechsler Intelligence Scale/QIN Qing，FU Yi-xiao，MENG Hua-qing，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（23）：006-009 　　【Abstract】 Objective：Using twins methods to explore the influence of genetic factor on each item of intelligence.
