雄激素性脱发皮肤镜下临床特征及疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析皮肤镜下雄激素性脱发疾病的临床特征表现与治疗相关情况。方法：收集2015年6月-2016年4月于中山大学附属第一医院皮肤科治疗的100例脱发患者作为观察组，采集患者目标靶区大体及微观皮肤镜临床表现图像；另外选择同期来中山大学附属第一医院皮肤科进行体检的50例毛发健康志愿者作为对照组，采用7级评分法进行疗效评价。结果：皮肤镜下脱发性疾病患者的临床特征主要包括20%的毛发直径变细、毳毛增多、褐色毛周征、局部无毛征、色素沉着与黄点征。治疗前，观察组皮肤镜征象各项指标均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P20%的毛发直径变细是早期诊断脱发性疾病的一个重要标准，使用非那雄胺联合5%米诺地尔方案治疗雄激素性脱发的效果确切。 　　【关键词】 皮肤镜； 脱?l性疾病； 临床特征； 疗效； 雄激素性脱发 　　Analysis of Clinical Features and Curative Effect of Androgenetic Alopecia by Demoscopy/ZHUANG Niang-qiao，TANG Xu-hua，LI Jun-shan，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（12）：108-110 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical features and curative effect of androgenetic alopecia by demoscopy.Method：From June 2015 to April 2016，100 cases with androgenetic alopecia at the First Hospital，Sun Yat-sen University were selected as the observation group，the target regions image by visual and demoscopy of all the cases were collected，and 50 cases with healthy hair were selected as the control group，the curative effect by 7 grading method was evaluated.Result：The clinical features of image by demoscopy in patients with hair loss disease included more than 20% of hair diameter diminish，vellus hair increased，suntan around the hair，partly acomia，chromatosis and yellow dot sign.Before treatment，the indicators of demoscopy in observation group were higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The observation group of 100 patients were involved in the follow-up，the total effective rate was 75%.The observation group after treatment， the indicators of the signs compared before treatment，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Dermatoscope plays an important role in early diagnostic and therapeutic effect evaluation of hair loss disease，diameter diminish more than 20% of hair is main diagnostic criterion of it，using combination therapy with Finasteride and 5% Minoxidil treat androgenetic alopecia has definite clinical effect.
