阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗习惯性流产的临床效果。方法：选取2013年5月-2014年4月到本院妇产科就诊的84例习惯性流产患者，按随机数字表法分为A、B、C三组，每组各28例，三组患者分别给予阿司匹林联合低分子肝素、单用阿司匹林、安慰剂治疗，治疗结束后，对比三组的临床治疗效果。结果：三组患者的妊娠率、分娩出血量、流产孕周、子痫前期、胃肠道反应、血小板减少发生率比较差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；三组患者的绝对活产率、活产率、分娩孕周、流产、瘀斑发生率比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：习惯性流产采用阿司匹林联合低分子肝素治疗可以显著改善妊娠结局，临床价值显著，可推广应用。 　　【关键词】 阿司匹林； 低分子肝素； 临床效果 　　Effect Analysis of Aspirin and Low Molecular Heparin in the Treatment of Habitual Abortion/PENG Feng-mei，LI Dong-lan，CHEN Hui.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（18）：055-057 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the effect of Aspirin joint low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of habitual abortion.Method： From May 2013 to April 2014，84 cases of obstetrics and gynecology clinic of habitual abortion in our hospital were selected and divided into three groups，group A， group B，group C in accordance with random digit table，each group had 28 cases.Three groups of patients were given different treatment，after treatment，the treatment effect of the three groups were compared.Result：The pregnancy，postpartum bleeding，abortion pregnant weeks，preeclampsia，gastrointestinal reaction and the incidence of thrombocytopenia of the three groups，the comparison results displaied no significant difference（P0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in the absolate live-birth rate，live-birth rate，delivery pregnancy week，the incidence rates of abortion and ecchymosis among the three groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Habitual abortion choice of Aspirin joint low molecular weight heparin was significant improvement the outcome of pregnancy，significant clinical value，can be applied. 　　【Key words】 Aspirin； Low molecular heparin； Clinical effect 　　First-author’s address：Heyuan Maternal and Child Health-Care Station，Heyuan 517000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.18.020 　　习惯性流产属于不孕症中的一种，如孕产妇在妊娠28周前发生胎儿丢失，且次数大于（包含等于）3次以上，称为习惯性流产。习惯性流产可由多种原因引起，包括子宫因素、遗传因素、内分泌异常、感染因素、血栓前状态、免疫紊乱等[1]。习惯性流产是诸多妊娠疾病的共同结局，相关统计显示该病发病率为妊娠总数的1%，习惯性
