预注氟比洛芬酯复合地塞米松用于下肢骨折手术患者效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析?A注氟比洛芬酯复合地塞米松用于下肢骨折手术患者的效果。方法：选择2016年3月-2017年3月50例下肢骨折患者，均在腰硬联合阻滞下行开放复位内固定术，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。对照组于术毕前10 min静脉注射氟比洛芬酯1 mg/kg复合地塞米松10 mg，观察组于麻醉开始前10 min静脉注射氟比洛芬酯1 mg/kg复合地塞米松10 mg。比较两组术后6、12、24 h静息和运动视觉模拟评分（VAS评分）及镇静评分（Ramsay评分），记录两组术后6、12、24 h PCA有效按压次数和术后24 h不良反应。结果：观察组术后12、24 h静息VAS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后12、24 h PCA有效按压次数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：预注氟比洛芬酯复合地塞米松能有效减轻下肢骨折患者的术后疼痛，而对镇静和不良反应无明显影响。 　　【关键词】 下肢骨折； 预注； 氟比洛芬酯； 地塞米松； 效果 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2017.23.002 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）23-0003-03 　　Effect of Pre-injecting Flurbiprofen Axetil Combined with Dexamethasone in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture Surgery/TAO Fang，WANG Yi-ping，ZHANG Hong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（23）：3-5 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of pre-injecting Flurbiprofen Axetil combined with Dexamethasone in patients with lower limb fracture surgery.Method：50 patients with lower limb fracture undergoing open reduction and internal fixation combined spinal and epidural block，selected from March 2016 to March 2017，were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，25 cases in each group.The control group was given Flurbiprofen Axetil 1 mg/kg and Dexamethasone 10 mg at 10 min before operation finished，and the observation group received Flurbiprofen Axetil 1 mg/kg and Dexamethasone 10 mg at 10 min before anesthesia.Resting visual analogue scale（VAS） scores，motion VAS scores and Ramsay sedation scores at postoperative 6，12，24 h were compared in the two groups.PCA effective delivery and adverse reaction in postoperative 24 h were recorded.Result：Resting VAS scores at postoperative 12 h and 24 h in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Motion VAS scores at postoperative 6， 12 and 24 h 　　in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.PCA effecti
