风险管理在神经外科气管切开患者护理中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探究风险管理在神经外科气管切开患者中的护理效果。方法：选取2015年3月-2017年12月笔者所在医院神经外科行气管切开的患者68例为研究对象做回顾性分析，根据护理方式的不同分为对照组33例和观察组35例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予风险管理，比较两组患者发生护理风险事故的情况、护理满意度、护理缺陷及护理投诉情况。结果：两组患者呼吸道堵塞、气管套管脱落、皮肤擦伤、护理缺陷与护理投诉的发生率及护理满意度比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者坠床、跌倒的发生率显著低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：风险管理能有效降低神经外科气管切开患者发生坠床、跌倒的发生率，具有一定的临床借鉴价值。 　　【关键词】 风险管理； 神经外科； 气管切开； 护理效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.9.038 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）09-0077-02 　　Application of Risk Management in the Nursing Care of Patients with Neurosurgical Tracheotomy/YANG Shenghong.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（9）：77-78 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the nursing effect of risk management in patients with neurosurgical tracheotomy.Method：From March 2015 to December 2017，68 patients tracheostomy in neurosurgical department of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different nursing methods，patients were divided into control group of 33 cases and observation group of 35 cases.The control group were given routine nursing care，the observation group were given the risk management.The nursing risk accidents，nursing satisfaction， nursing defects and nursing complaints were compared between the two groups.Result：There was no significant difference in the incidence of respiratory tract obstruction，tracheal canula，skin abrasion，nursing defect and nursing complaint and nursing satisfaction between the observation group and the control group（P0.05）.The incidence of falling bed and fall in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of falling bed and fall in the patients with tracheotomy in the department of neurosurgery，and has certain clinical reference value. 　　【Key words】 Risk management； Neurosurgery； Tracheotomy； Nursing effect 　　First-author’s address：Lijiang People’s Hospital，Lijiang 674100，China
