风险管理在血液科护理工作中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨风险管理在血液科护理工作中的应用效果。方法：笔者所在医院血液科自2012年1月实施护理风险管理，将实施前1年设为对照组，实施后1年设为风险管理组，依据患者住院号采用随机数字表法分别选取200例患者，比较两组患者的护理满意度和护理不良事件发生情况。结果：风险管理组的患者护理满意度98.50%明显高于对照组的81.00%，差异有统计学意义（字2=33.290，P=0.000）；风险管理组的输液反应、化疗药物外渗、跌倒、护患沟通障碍、医嘱处理错误及护理记录错误等护理不良事件发生率分别为0.50%、0.50%、0.50%、1.00%、0.50%、0.50%，均明显低于对照组的5.00%、4.50%、6.00%、4.50%、4.00%、6.50%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：风险管理用于血液科护理工作可有效提高患者护理满意度，降低护理不良事件发生风险，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 风险管理； 血液科； 护理 　　中图分类号 R197.32 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2015）8-0082-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application effect of the risk management in nursing of department of hematology.Method： The nursing risk management in department of hematology of our hospital was started in January 2012，the data in 1 year before implementation as the control group and after implementation as the risk management group，and the incidence of nursing satisfaction and nursing adverse events of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The incidence of nursing satisfaction of the risk management group was 98.50%，which was significantly higher than 81.00% of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（字2=33.290，P=0.000）.The incidence of transfusion reaction，chemotherapeutic extravasation，fall，nurse-patient communication barriers，medical treatment error and nursing record error in the risk management group were 0.50%，0.50%，0.50%，1.00%，0.50%，0.50%，which were significantly lower than 5.00%，4.50%，6.00%，4.50%，4.00%，6.50% in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The risk management in nursing of department of hematology can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients to nursing care and reduce the risk of nursing adverse events，is worth clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Risk management； Department of hematology； Nursing 　　First-author’s address：Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital，Changsha 410005，China 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2015.08.040 　　相较于其他临床科室，血液科就诊患者具有病情迁延反复、程长及治疗费用高等特点[1]，护
