高血压患者肾动脉阻力指数与肾功能相关性研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究原发性高血压患者肾动脉阻力指数与肾功能的相关性，探讨肾动脉阻力指数在肾脏早期损害中的临床价值。 方法 选择2014年1月～2015年1月在我院接受治疗的原发性高血压患者50例作为研究组，并根据肾功能损伤程度分为研究Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ三组，再选择50例正常患者作为对照组，均应用彩色多普勒超声检测出肾动脉阻力指数，同时检测血清肌酐、肌酐清除率、尿素氮及尿β2微球蛋白。 结果 研究Ⅲ组各级肾动脉RI均明显高于研究Ⅰ、Ⅱ组及对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），研究Ⅱ组肾段动脉和叶间动脉RI明显高于对照组，高血压3级和高血压2级各级肾动脉RI均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），3级高血压患者血BUN、Cr、Ccr、尿β2-MG与对照组比较差异有统计学意义，且高血压肾动脉RI与BUN、Cr、尿β2-MG均呈正相关，与Ccr呈负相关。 结论 肾动脉阻力指数可作为评价高血压患者早期肾损害的一个敏感指标。 　　[关健词] 原发性高血压；肾动脉阻力指数；肾损害；肾功能；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R544.1；R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）25-0021-03 　　Study on the correlation between renal artery resistance index and renal function in patients with hypertension 　　HE Zhen CHENG Wangsheng YU Wenhua WEI Hui WU Min 　　Department of Ultrasound，the Second Peoples Hospital of Jingdezhen Ctiy in Jiangxi Province，Jingdezhen 333000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation between renal arterial resident index and renal function，and to discuss the clinical application value of renal arterial esident index in eatly renal damage. Methods From Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2015 in our hospital， 50 cases of patients with essential hypertension（eh） as study group， can be divided into research group Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ， according to the renal damage degree and then selected 50 cases normal patients as control group， which were the renal artery resistance index were detected by color doppler ultrasound， serum creatinine（Cr）， creatinine clearance rate（Ccr），blood urea nitrogen（BUN）， and urine β2 microglobulin（β2-MG） were tested at the same time. Results Study Ⅲ group renal artery RI were significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ， Ⅱ and control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05），study Ⅱ group renal artery and interlobar artery RI was significantly higher than the control group， hypertension level 3 and level 2 renal arterial RI at all levels were significantly higher than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05），level 3 hypertension patients wi
