鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术联合下鼻甲部分切除术以及筛前神经阻断术治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.15.43 　　摘 要 目的：探讨鼻内镜下行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术、双下甲部分切除术以及筛前神经阻断术治疗变应性鼻炎的效果。方法：在鼻内镜下行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术及双下甲部分切除术、筛前神经阻断术治疗80例变应性鼻炎患者，对术前及术后的症状及体征进行对比，评价治疗效果。结果：80例合并有鼻腔结构异常的变应性鼻炎患者，经手术治疗后，疗效显著，其中显效81.3%（63/80），有效15.0%（12/80），无效6.3%（5/80），总有效率93.8%。疗效评分显示治疗前（11.34±2.17）分，治疗1月后（6.71±1.86）分，两者相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：合并有鼻腔结构异常的变应性鼻炎患者，手术治疗可获得良好的疗效。 　　关键词 鼻内镜 鼻中隔偏曲 下鼻甲部分切除术 变应性鼻炎 　　Curative effect observation of nasal septum deviation diorthosis combined with partial inferior turbinectomy and nerve block of anterior ethmoidal nerve under nasal endoscopic in the treatment of allergic rhinitis 　　Li Ying 　　The Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University（Zhengzhou City，Henan），450007 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of nasal septum deviation diorthosis combined with double partial inferior turbinectomy and nerve block of anterior ethmoidal nerve under nasal endoscopic in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods：80 patients with allergic rhinitis were treated with nasal septum deviation diorthosis combined with double partial inferior turbinectomy and nerve block of anterior ethmoidal nerve under nasal endoscopic.The signs and symptoms of preoperative and postoperative were compared.The treatment effects were evaluated.Results：In 80 cases of allergic rhinitis patients with structural abnormality of nasal cavity，the effect was remarkable after operative treatment.81.3%（63/80） were excellent，15.0%（12/80） were valid，6.3%（5/80） were invalid，and the total effective rate was 93.8%.The curative effect scores showed that the score was 11.34±2.17 before the treatment，and the score was 6.71±1.86 after 1 month of the treatment.There was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The operative treatment of allergic rhinitis patients with structural abnormality of nasal cavity can obtain good effect. 　　Key words Nasal endoscopy；Nasal septum deviation；Partial inferior turbinectomy；Allergic rhinitis 　　变应性鼻
