鸡蛋花水提液对小肠收缩活动影响 　　【摘要】目的探讨鸡蛋花水提液对家兔离体小肠平滑肌收缩活动的影响。方法采用小肠平滑肌离体灌流实验方法，观察鸡蛋花水提液对正常、抑制剂（阿托品）诱导的离体小肠平滑肌收缩幅度和频率的影响。结果低、中、高三个剂量组的鸡蛋花水提液均对正常家兔离体十二指肠平滑肌收缩幅度和频率有明显的兴奋作用，低、中两个剂量均对正常家兔离体空肠收缩幅度和频率有明显的兴奋作用，低、中、高三个剂量均对正常家兔离体回肠收缩幅度和频率有明显的抑制作用；鸡蛋花水提液对阿托品诱导的舒张十二指肠、空肠平滑肌收缩幅度和频率各有不同程度的拮抗作用，同时能协同阿托品抑制回肠平滑肌收缩幅度和频率。结论鸡蛋花水提液能兴奋十二指肠、空肠平滑肌收缩幅度和频率，抑制回肠平滑肌收缩幅度和频率，其机制可能与M胆碱受体有关，此外，也可能与肾上腺素能α或β受体有关。 　　【关键词】鸡蛋花水提液；离体小肠平滑肌；阿托品 　　中图分类号：R285.5 文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-1383.2017.04.016 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the effect of plumier rubra L water extract on isolated small intestinal contractive activity of domestic rabbit.MethodsAn experimental method of small intestinal smooth muscle in vitro perfusion was used to observe the effect of plumier rubra L water extract on contraction amplitude and frequency of isolated small intestinal smooth muscle induced by normal or inhibitor（atropine）.ResultsThe plumier rubra water L extract of low，medium and high dose group had obviously excitatory effect on contraction amplitude and frequency of isolated duodenum smooth muscle of normal domestic rabbit.And the low and high dose of plumier rubra water L extract had obviously excitatory effect on amplitude and frequency of isolated jejunal contraction of normal domestic rabbit.In addition，the low，medium and high dose group had an inhibiting effect on amplitude and frequency of isolated ileum contraction of normal domestic rabbit.Plumier rubra water L extract had varying degrees of antagonistic effect on amplitude and frequency of duodenal and jejunal smooth muscle contraction induced by atropine，meanwhile，it could cooperate with atropine to inhibit the amplitude and frequency of ileum smooth muscle contraction.ConclusionPlumier rubra water L extract can stimulate the amplitude and frequency of duodenum and jejunum smooth muscle contraction，inhibit the amplitude and frequency of ileum smooth muscle contraction，and its mechanism may be related to M cholinergic receptor.In addition，it may also be asso
