Methods 72 patients who underwent coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention in the affiliated hospital of Ningxia Medical University from April, 2010 to September, 2008 were collected,and divided into two groups of receive rosuvastatin (n=46) and no rosuvastatin (n=26)，according to the random。The patients of control group received no any lipid-lowering drugs. Then,the group of receive rosuvastatin was diveded into two groups of receive 10 mg of rosuvastatin (group A,n=20) and receive 20 mg of rosuvastatin (group B,n=26) .The patients of group A received rosuvastatin in 10 mg at night two to three days before coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention. The patients of group B received rosuvastatin in 20 mg at night two to three days before coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention.To boserve the changes of Scr, BUN, mALB, hsCRP, Ccr,GFR before and after 1 day and 2 day of procedure.Results (1) Compared the two group of receive rosuvastatin and no rosuvastatin:There was no significant change in Scr、BUN、GFR、Ccr levels compared after one day and two day of procedure between two groups (P0.05) .But the level of Scr is higher after one day and two day of procedure than before in control group.And the level of Scr is lower after one day and two day of procedure than before in the group of receive rosuvastatin;The level of GFR is lower after one day of proce
