超薄角膜瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术联合角膜绷带镜矫正中高度近视的临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的：探?超薄角膜瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术联合角膜绷带镜矫正中高度近视的临床效果。方法：收集2012年2月-2014年8月在笔者所在医院进行超薄瓣LASIK联合角膜绷带镜矫正的中高度近视病例217例（431只眼）进行疗效分析，重点观察术后1 d、7 d、1个月、3个月、6个月裸眼视力、屈光状态、角膜皱褶、Haze、裂隙灯结合前段OCT观察角膜伤口愈合情况等指标。结果：超薄角膜瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术联合角膜绷带镜矫正中高度近视角膜伤口愈合反应轻、恢复快、无角膜皱褶或Haze发生，术后裸眼视力好，无屈光回退。结论：超薄角膜瓣准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术联合角膜绷带镜矫正中高度近视具有良好的安全性与有效性，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 超薄角膜瓣； 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术； 角膜绷带镜； OCT； 角膜伤口愈合 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2016.31.011 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）31-0023-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss Clinical effect of Correction of moderate or high myopia by ultra-thin corneal flap excimer laser in situ keratectomy with corneal bandage lens.Method：From February，2012 to August，2014 in the author’s hospital，217 cases（431 eyes） with moderate or high myopia corrected with ultro-thin corneal flaps and corneal bandage lens were collected.The uncorrected visual acuity，refractive diopters，corneal folds，Haze and corneal healing by the slit-lamp microscope and the OCT of 1 day，7 days，1 month， 3 months，6months after the operation.Result：The corneal healing after the LASIK with ultro-thin corneal flaps and corneal bandage lens for the treatment of high or moderate myopia was fast，without the corneal fold and Haze，and the Postoperative uncorrected visual acuity was good，no refractive back.Conclusion：LASIK with ultro-thin corneal flaps and corneal bandage lens for the treatment of high or moderate myopia is safe，effective and worth popularizing. 　　【Key words】 Ultro-thin corneal flap； LASIK； Corneal bandage lens； OCT； Corneal healing 　　First-author’s address：The First People’s Hospital of Yibin，Yibin 644000，China 　　准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（laser-assisted in situ keratectomy，LASIK）用于矫正近视已有30多年历史，目前仍是角膜屈光手术的主流手术方式。传统的LAIK角膜瓣厚度130～160 μm，对于角膜厚度偏薄的中高度近视患者来说，可矫正的近视度数会受到一定程度限制。尤其是近视度数高于-9 D而角膜厚度不够厚的高度近视患者，要想进行角膜屈光手术，除了飞秒激光、EPI-LASIK或是SBK外，传统LASIK和LASEK都无法施行。笔者所在医院自2012年开始针对角膜厚度偏薄的中高度近视运用超薄角膜瓣LASIK技术结合角膜绷带镜矫正屈光不正，取得良好的术后疗效。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2012年2月-2014年8月在笔者所在医院就诊的中高度
