骨巨细胞瘤的超声表现与临床分级研究 　　【摘 要】目的：对骨巨细胞瘤的超声表现与临床分级进行探讨。方法：研究中回顾性分析患者各项临床数据。结果：骨巨细胞瘤超声表现可见骨皮质内单发弱回声或者混合回声团块，亦可见液化状态，周边呈强回声骨皮质完全/局部包绕状，骨皮质亦多见受累状态，血流分级大多在I-II级之间。结论：骨巨细胞瘤诊断及临床分级选择超声检查的结果更佳。 　　【关键词】骨巨细胞瘤；超声表现；临床分级 　　Abstract Objective： To investigate the ultrasonographic features and clinical classification of giant cell tumor of bone.
