已婚女性性服务者应对方式自我接纳和心理健康相关研究 　　[摘要] 目的：了解已婚女性性服务者应对方式、自我接纳对心理健康的影响。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、特质应对方式问卷（TCSQ）、自我接纳问卷（SAQ）对45名已婚女性性服务者进行测试，并与中国常模进行比较。结果：除躯体化因子（1.43±0.37）分外，SCL-90各因子分均高于中国常模。消极应对与SCL-90总分、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子呈负相关，自我接纳与SCL-90总分、躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、 恐怖因子呈负相关。结论：已婚女性性服务者心理健康水平低于普通人群，减少其消极应对、提高自我接纳能改善心理健康状态。 　　[关键词] 性服务；应对方式；自我接纳；心理健康 　　[中图分类号] R395.6 [文献标识码]C[文章编号]1673-7210（2011）03（c）-135-02 　　 　　Research on coping style and self-acceptance with mental health of married female sex workers 　　ZHANG Ying, YANG Zhenyu, HUANG Gaogui, LU Zixiang, HE Yuefei 　　The Second Peoples Hospital of Yunnan Province Red River Prefecture, Yunnan Province, Jianshui654300, China 　　[Abstract] Objective: To explore the coping style and self-acceptance with mental health of married female sex workers. Methods: The author used the symptom check list (SCL-90) and trait coping style questionnaire (TCSQ) and the self acceptance questionnaire (SAQ) to assess the 45 married female sex workers, and make a comparison with Chinese norm. Results: Score of all factor in SCL-90 were significance higher in married female sex workers than that in Chinese norm except for somatization factor. There were negative correlations between negative coping and total score of SCL-90, depression factor, anxiety factor, hostility factor, anxiety factor, psychoticism factor, and there were negative correlations between self acceptance and total score of SCL-90, somatization factor, depression factor, anxiety factor, hostility factor, photic anxiety factor. Conclusion: Mental health level of married female sex workers is lower than the norm crowd.
