疼痛临床与基础研究 PAGE 7 PAGE 1 氟比洛芬酯用于小儿扁桃体摘除术后镇痛对体温及血糖的影响 福建省厦门市第二医院麻醉科，厦门 361021 郭一闽 王忱△? ? △通讯作者 【摘要】 目的：观察氟比洛芬酯用于小儿扁桃体摘除术后镇痛对体温及血糖的影响。 方法：选择ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级在全麻下行扁桃体摘除术的患儿60例，随机分为3组。A组与B组分别于术前及术毕静脉注射氟比洛芬酯1mg/kg，C组作为空白对照组。观察术前、术始、术毕、术后各时点的血糖及体温变化，并记录术后各时点镇痛、镇静评分及相关不良反应的发生情况。 结果：术后各时点A、B组的VAS评分均明显低于C组（P＜0.05）而A、B组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术毕至术后各时点C组血糖水平明显高于A、B组（P＜0.05），而A、B组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术毕至术后6h A、B组体温明显低于C组（P＜0.05）且A组明显低于B组（P＜0.05）。三组均无过度镇静及相关不良反应发生（P＞0.05）。 结论：术前或术后应用氟比洛芬酯均能有效缓解小儿扁桃体摘除术后疼痛及发热，未发生明显不良反应，可安全用于小儿扁桃体摘除术后镇痛。 【关键词】氟比洛芬酯；小儿；扁桃体摘除术；血糖；体温 The effect of Postoperative Analgesia with flurbiprofen axetil on glucose and temperature in children undergoing tonsillectomy GUO Yi-Min , WANG Chen （Department of Anesthesiology , the Second Hospital of Xiamen , Xiamen 361021） Correspond author: WANG Chen 【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of postoperative analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil on children undergoing tonsillectomy. Methods: 60 children ages from 2 to 12 yr undergoing tonsillectomy were randomly divided into 3 groups (n=20). Group A received flurbiprofen axetil 1mg/kg prior to the operation while group B at the end of the operation, group C as control. The effects on glucose and temperature were estimated. Postoperative visual analogue score (VAS), the Ramsay sedation score (RSS) and adverse effects were assessed. Results: There were no significant differences of VAS in group A and B, but were lower than those in gruop C.The postoperative glucose in group C were significantly higher than that in group A and B. From the end of the operation until 6h postperatively. Temperature in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and B while those in group A were lower than those in group B. There were no oversedation or adverse effects in three groups. Conclusion: The pre- or postoperative analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil can offer pain and fever relief in children undergoing tonsillectomy. 【Key words】Flurbiprofen Axetil；Children；To
