长三角地区产业升级和土地开发利用研究 　　[摘要] 长江三角洲地区是我国经济发展最快、经济总量规模最大、发展前景被普遍看好的经济核心区。近年来，随着国际产业的转移和长三角产业升级步伐的加快，长江三角洲地区面临着土地资源稀缺和合理利用等一系列问题。文章分析历年来的统计数据，借鉴“微笑曲线”和边际报酬递减的规律，就长江三角洲地区的产业升级和该区的土地开发集约利用提出见解。同时参考如日本、韩国和我国台湾地区在经济发展过程中的土地集约利用的经验，提出长三角地区需要更好地统筹、协调及平衡区内产业发展和土地开发利用的关系。通过实行区域经济的一体化，根据本地区产业升级的实际状况，以市场为引导，大力发展服务业，让区域内的生产要素向着具有取得最大效益的区位流动。使该区域资源配置最优化，促进地区经济又好又快地发展。 　　[关键词] 长三角；产业升级；土地开发利用 　　[中图分类号]F301.24 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1002-736X(2008)10-0140-04 　　 　　Industrial Upgrading and Land Use in Yangtze River Delta Area 　　Wu Qiong 1, Pu Lijie 2, Fu Rong 2, Zhang Jing 2, He Xujun 3, Fan Cheng3 　　(1. In recent years, with the world industrial transfer and the acceleration of the pace of industrial upgrading, the Yangtze River Delta area is facing series of issues such as there shortage as well as the reasonable use of land resource. This paper propose new views of industrial upgrading and intensive land use by analyzing the statistics in these years, referring to the smiling curve and the law of diminishing marginal return .At the same time, the authors have consulted some successful experiences of intensive land use in Japan, South Korea and China Taiwan in the economic development process ,which the Yangtze River Delta area can learn from in order to better co-ordinate and balance relationship between the industrial development and use of land.
