美托洛尔和卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效探讨 　　摘要：目的：比较美托洛尔与卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年12月到2014年12月在我院接受治疗的100例慢性心力衰竭患者，按照（0，1）分布将其随机分为两组。在常规治疗的基础上对照组给予美托洛尔治疗，观察组给予卡维地洛治疗，比较治疗前后两组患者的心功能、血压、心率等的变化情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的各项指标值均有所改善，但是观察组患者的左室舒张末内径、舒张压、收缩压与心率均小于对照组，左室射血分数大于对照组，P0.05，差异显著；对照组患者治疗的显效率为16.0%，总有效率为76.0%，远小于观察组（显效率为52.0%，总有效率为94.0%）。结论：采用卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭能够有效缓解患者的临床症状，改善其心功能。与美托洛尔相比其临床疗效更为理想，值得临床推广。 　　关键词：美托洛尔；慢性心力衰竭；卡维地洛；临床疗效 　　Abstract：Objective：To compare the clinical efficacy of metoprolol and carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods：Combined with 100 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from 2013 December to 2014 December ，randomly divided into two groups according to （0， 1）. In on the basis of conventional therapy control group received metoprolol in the treatment， the observation group given carvedilol treatment and compared before and after treatment in two groups of patients with cardiac function， blood pressure， heart rate and other changes. Results：After treatment， the indexes of two groups of patients with value were improved， but the observation group of patients with left ventricular end diastolic diameter， diastolic blood pressure， systolic blood pressure and heart rate were less than that of the control group， left ventricular ejection fraction greater than control group， P 0.05， the difference was significant； the control patients in the treatment group were markedly effective rate was 16.0%. The total effective rate was 76.0%， far less than the observation group （markedly effective rate was 52.0%， the total efficiency of 94.0%）. Conclusion：The effect of carvedilol on chronic heart failure can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms， improve cardiac function.
