转型期我国体育需求和供给特征成因及未来发展趋势和对策 　　摘要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、比较分析法、数理统计等方法，研究转型期我国体育需求与供给特征、成因及未来发展趋势与对策，为未来小康社会建设中体育需求与供给的发展提供理论支持。研究结果表明：我国体育需求水平受我国社会经济环境的影响虽总体呈上升趋势，但水平不高，发展不平衡，且呈现明显的层次性；体育供给表现出总量不足，市场主体不成熟及市场管理不规范和缺乏体育经营管理人才等特征。全面建设小康社会的国情有助于体育需求与供给发展，并逐渐形成我国特有的体育需求文化体系。提出了今后20年体育需求与供给发展的对策。 　　关键词：转型期；体育需求；体育供给；成因；小康社会 　　中图分类号：G80-05 　　文献标识码：A 　　文章编号：1007-3612(2007)07-0881-03 　　 　　The Characteristics, Causes of Formation, Future Tendencies and Countermeasures of Chinese Sports Demand and Supply in the Period of Transition 　　LI Feng-xiang，WANG Xiu-xia, LIU Wei 　　(P.E. Institute, Shandong University of Science and Technology, Zibo 255049, Shandong, China) 　　Abstract:With the methods of documentary data, questionnaire, comparative analysis, and mathematical statistics, the characteristics, causes of formation, future tendencies and countermeasures of sports demand and supply in the period of transition are researched, in order to provide theoretical references for the development of sports demand and supply in future well-being society. The results are as follows. Chinese sports demand is influenced by Chinese social economy. The level of sports consuming is ascending, but it is still low and imbalanced. There is not enough general quantity of sports supply. The main body of market is not mature. There is the lack of market administration regulations and sports management talents. The construction of well-being society will be helpful for the development of sports demand and supply. The Chinese cultural system of sports demand will gradually be set up. At last, the countermeasures on the development of sports demand and supply in the future 20 years are put forward. 　　Key words: the period of transition; sports demand; sports supply; causes of formation; well-being society 　　 　　1 研究方法 　　 　　1.1 文献资料法 　　查阅2001、2003年中国统计摘要、中国统计年鉴等各类经济学书籍在互联网上，下载了相关文献资料200余篇，专著40余部。 　　1.2 问卷调查法 　　选择了上海、沈阳、西安、郑州、成都、长沙、厦门、吉林、兰州、广州、福州等11个城市各发放问卷300份，共发放3 300份。其中上海、吉林、郑州、成都、兰州、广州、福州7城市
