PBL教学法在护理实习生急诊带教中的应用效果分析
[摘要]目的 研究PBL教学法应用于护生在急诊带教的实际效果。方法 选择2015年7月~2016年4月在内蒙古第四医院急诊科实习的内蒙古某医学院护理学院本科护理实习生60名,按照入科摸底考试成绩顺序均衡分、随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30名。实验组采用PBL教学法带教,对照组按照传统方法带教,在实习4周后,分别比较两组护生的急救护理学基本理论、相关操作技能、对急诊科带教老师教学方法和效果的满意度。结果 实验组出科理论、出科操作考试成绩及护理病历书写得分均高于对照组(P0.05);实验组教学满意度高于对照组(P0.05)。结论 PBL教学法能使护生在急诊科实习中更好地将护理理论与临床实践紧密结合,提高护生理论、操作、自学、解决问题等各方面的能力,改善教学质量和学习体验,值得在护理临床教学中推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To study the real effect of problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method in emergency nursing clinical practice teaching.Methods Sixty undergraduate nursing interns from a School of Nursing of Inner Mongolia College were selected for the experiment,who were practicing at emergency department of the Fourth Hospital of Inner Monggol Autonomous Region from July 2015 to April 2016,according to the division of a baseline test sequence they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group included 30 people.Experimental group was given PBL teaching method,and the control group was used by traditional teaching method,basic theory of emergency nursing,related skills,satisfaction of teaching method and teaching effect to teacher from emergency department 4 weeks after internship were compared between two groups.Results The theory,operation test result and nursing medical records writing score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P0.05);the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P0.05).Conclusion The PBL teaching method has the feasibility to better closely in
