中高职护生性健康课程设置干预效果的研究
【摘 要】 目的:了解性健康课程设置对中高职护生性相关知识增长及性相关职业态度的改善效果,确定有利于中高职护生性健康教育的最佳课程设置体系,完善中高职护生性职业教育。方法:采用方便抽样,抽取在未来两个月内即将进入临床实习的在校护生共315人作为研究对象。采用小班制课堂讲授、小组讨论、个别辅导、专家讲座相结合的教学形式,教学内容主要为护生性相关知识,包含性生理、性心理、性伦理、性行为与性病、优生优育与避孕五大方面。?结果:课程设置后,不同学制护生性相关知识的掌握程度均有所提高(P=0.000);护生对护理对象进行性健康教育的主、被动性均提高(P=0.000);护生对异性护理对象作性健康指导的尴尬程度减轻(P=0.000)。结论:采用科学的干预方法能提高学生对性相关知识的掌握程度,并使其更主动为患者提供性健康教育。学校开展性相关职业教育非常必要,不仅有利于护生自身健康及家庭幸福,更有利于服务患者。

【Abstract】 Objectives: To survey intervention effectiveness of sexual health curricula in related knowledge growth and sexual professional attitude among nursing students in middle and high vocational colleges, The best curriculum system for the nursing students’ sexual health education was determined to make the vocational education better. Methods: We choose 315 students who will enter clinical practice in two month as the reseach objects. The combining teaching methods are conducted, such as small class lectures, group discussions, individual counseling, a combination of expert lectures, by the way, the teaching content is to related sexual knowledge for nursing students, which including five aspects as followed: sexual physiology, sexual psychology, sexual ethics, sexual behavior and sexual transmitted diseases, prenatal and postnatal care and contraception. Results: After curricula were set up, nursing students with different school system have improved in related knowledge proficiency (P=0.000); nursing students have improved their active and passive resistance to their nursing objects’ sexual health education(P=0.000); nursing students have reduced the embarrassment when they guide the heterosexual nursing objects.
