华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II Abstract By the end of 2010,China has successively set up 105 national high-tech zones,the number of national high-tech zones already amounted to 88, brought together more than 50% of the national high and new technology enterprise, while compared with foreign high-tech park,it still have a long way to go. In view of this, we need to further study high-tech industrial cluster and technological innovative ability and its influence with each other. This paper took high-tech zones as the research object, from the theoretical and empirical perspective, studied on the relationship between the high-tech industrial cluster and technological innovative ability. Based on the present situation of national high-tech development zones,constructed a theoretical model, analysed the interrelationship of the high-tech industrial cluster and technological innovative ability, proposed measures to promote the technological innovative ability in the gathering area. In this paper, in the first,we estimated industrial cluster degree with different measures. The result shows that: industrial location factors affected Chinas high-tech industrial cluster level and industrial distribution,the new economic geography factors are very important reason for Chinas high-tech industrial cluster,the government policies have had important influence on Chinas high-tech industrial cluster. The development of China’s high-tech industry to consider not only the impact of natural conditions, location advantages and policy environment, such as the influence of objective conditions, and at the same time, also pay attention to the balanced development of China’s high-tech industrial internal structure and high-tech industrial cluster.Then Constructed index system of technical innovative ability, by using the high-tech zone high and new technology industrial location entropy and extracted three main factors of technology innovation, made regression analysis.
