I I 高校人力资源管理之人文关怀研究 中文摘要 中文摘要 本论文的研究目的在于呼吁和倡导一种体现人文关怀的人力资源管理活动与 行为，以期我国高校实施充满人文关怀的人力资源管理，以此激发教职工工作学 习的积极性、创造性，从各方面努力提高自己，使得高校人力资源、学校、社会 获得共同的发展。 研究运用理论分析与实例分析相结合的研究办法，以管理理论特别是人文关 怀理论为基础，同时以南通大学为例进行实证研究。在调查研究、实证分析基础 上对当前高校人力资源管理的现状进行系统的定性研究和定量分析，探讨分析在 人文关怀视角下高校教师人力资源开发与管理中存在的主要问题并提出相应的对 策。通过调查研究总结出当前的高校人力资源管理在制度内容、制度执行、管理 行为等方面存在着人文关怀的不足。其原因主要在于管理者对人文关怀的重要性 认识不足；部分管理者专业素质或综合素质不高；落实政治民主权利不到位，与 人文关怀的最高层次即尊重教职工的主人翁地位有差距等。针对这些问题提出了 几个建议：加大宣传力度，充分认识人文关怀的重要性；努力提高管理人员各方 面的素质；推进民主化管理、完善和健全体现人文关怀的制度；提高人力资源管 理制度的执行力，促进教职工的全面发展。 关键词：高校 人力资源管理 人文关怀 民主 作 者：陶艳琼 指导老师：曹 健 II II 英文摘要 高校人力资源管理之人文关怀研究 Research on Human Resources Management Based on Humanistic Care in Colleges and Universities ——A Case of Nantong University Abstract The purpose of this study is to appeal and promote a spirit of humanistic care in human resources management. If this is a reality， the staffs in colleges and universities will strive to improve themselves， and their enthusiasm and creativity in their work and study will greatly be stimulated. For the human resources in universities， schools and our society， they will all benefit from this change. In this study， we used a method of theoretical analysis and case study based on the theories of management and human care， and made a systematic qualitative and quantitative analysis to the current status of human resource management in nantong university by questionnaire investigation. Also we discussed the main problems existed in human resources development in universities， and proposed countermeasures in system content，system implementation，management behavior，and so on. For those problems mentioned above， the main reasons are as follows. First the managers don’t understand the importance of humanistic concern， and their professional quality or overall quality is not high enough.
