Sociological Analysis of University Teacher’s Classroom Instruction Supervision-Control Behavior ABSTRACT University teacher, as the person of the society, not merely his own existence and development are restricted in the society, and behavior including classroom instruction supervision-control behavior must have strong socialized color, too. University teacher’s classroom instruction supervision-control behavior means university teacher supervises, controls, feedbacks and regulates students classroom unlawful practice in the course of classroom instruction. Based on sociocybernetics, results of questionnaire investigation and observation in the classroom of the universities, such as China Science Technology University etc. the author sums up the characteristics of the course, the type and the degree of supervision-control behavior in university teachers classroom instruction. The causes of formation of university teacher’s classroom instruction supervision-control behavior include social environmental factor outside university and humane environmental factor inside university. The social environmental factors outside university include educational regulation factor, social evaluation criterion factor and mass media factor. The humane environmental factors inside university include cultural factor in university and behavior characteristic factor of the university teacher role. So, in order to optimize university teachers classroom instruction supervision-control behavior and guarantee university teaching quality, university teacher must combine optimizing university external social environment with establishing good university humane environment.
