成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 成都中医药大学硕士学位论文 阿是穴四花刺法对腰椎间盘突出症即时止痛效应的研究 阿是穴四花刺法对腰椎间盘突出症即时止痛效应的研究 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 结论： 1.阿是穴四花刺法是一种安全有效的治疗方法，容易被患者接受且易于操 作。 2.阿是穴四花刺法和常规止痛药在缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛时，均有显 著效果，均能快速缓解患者疼痛症状。 3.对本课题腰椎间盘突出症患者而言，治疗一次后，阿是穴四花刺法较常规 止痛药具有更明显的即时镇痛效果，在疼痛缓解的持续时间及疼痛缓解程度方面 都有明显优势，能较快的缓解病情。 4.阿是穴四花刺法为缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的疼痛提供了一种新方法和 新思路，值得推广。 关键词：阿是穴四花刺 腰椎间盘突出 即时止痛 III Abstract Objective:Lumbar disc herniation is a common and Illnesses disease, with the changes in modern lifestyles and the changes of environment, the disease incidence is a increasing trend ,the recurrence rate is high Pain is the main symptom ,it often leads to a series of psychological and physiological problems, it also affect the quality of life in patients seriously.This paper is intended to study Ashi points Sihua needling method to relieve pain immediately for lumbar disc herniation, scientific evaluation of clinical effect of Ashi points Sihua needling method,provide the basis for the promotion of it. Methods：Our sixes cases from the hospital of Sichuan Province of Traditional Chinese Medicine ,Sichuan Provincial Orthopaedic Hospital.They were divided two groups according to the randomize and comparison as the principles of clinical trials,every group have thirty cases.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture in Ashi points Sihua needling method;The controlled group was treated with Western medicine（Fenbid）.We choose the sensitivly and commonly used and simple method of VAS as the main evaluation index,to compare two groups by analyze the results we get and get the conclusion. Results:There is no apparent difference on instant effect of easing pain between two groups．After finish the first treatment,the VAS score decline,after pre-treatment scores were statistically significant changes in the treatment of multiple time point,the P 0.05.It explain acupuncture is an effective means to alleviate pain with lumbar disc herniation.
