They are amateur group unions which start from students’common interests , hobbys and strength , adhere to the certain principles and purposes , follow the written regulations , meet with the relevant approval and be organized in the form of voluntary. They are the new carrier of students ideological and political education which plays an indispensable role in college students ideological and political education. In 2005, the document about strengthening and improving college students associations which was implemented by the Ministry of Education pointed out college students association activities are a innovative channel and effective way to put quality education into practice. They play important roles in various aspects , including strengthing cultural construction,improving students quality , guiding students adjust themselves to society,promoting students to take up occupations. They are effective forms to concentrate students and launch ideological and political education in the new social situation. Therefore
