II II Abstract After reform and opening policy, with Chinese economy soaring developed very rapidly, especially export increased very fast, which brought much more trade dissension between China and US, EU, Japan and between China and some of the third- world countries, the trade protectionism like anti-dumping investigations are more frequent than before, it has been the most interference in Chinese export business. Based on the expatiation of essential of dumping and anti-dumping against China, and analyzes the causes and the influence of the fact that Chinese export commodities are frequently accused of dumping by foreign countries, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures to reduce or avoid the foreign frequent anti-dumping against China. First, it has simply described the background and the meaning and purpose of this article and the phenomenon of the anti-dumping. Second, it has analyzed the range, difference and the characters from the definition of dumping and anti-dumping, and the third part researched the deeply reasons and benefit relations form it, and the effect on China’s economics. Last, it has analyzed that what kind of countermeasures should the export factory or company itself and our governments take to avoid or reduce the quantity and amount of anti-dumping, especially help the governments in the fight of international business think over their shortages and take effective countermeasures to solve this problem.
