城市化对中国经济发展及城乡收入差距的影响分析管理科学与工程专业论文.docx

摘 要 世界经济危机，我国经济社会发展的失衡凸显。持续的外向型和粗放型发展模式已 经不能持久，我国迎来经济社会结构调整的关键期，需要应对发展过程中新的抉择和痛 苦的转型。一方面，我们需要找到新的经济增长点和新的经济发展模式。另一方面，我 们受到的资源环境的硬约束越来越强，传统的消耗型增长已不能为继。再者，贫富差距 的拉大，收入分配的不平衡迫使我们重新思考公平与效率的权衡问题，而城乡“二元” 谜团的破解成为探究此问题的关键途径。多方面复杂问题的耦合迫切需要重新定位发展 目标，构架新的发展思路，深层次探究问题本源。以可持续发展、集约化、成本降低、 人民福利显著提高为指导的以城市化为中心的模式可能成为建基“十二·五”乃至今后 三四十年经济社会持续健康发展的最有力支撑。 本研究在国内外城市化相关研究基础之上，通过对改革开放以来中国城市化历史发 展进程的分析，以发展经济学和系统工程的理论和方法为指导，使用定量和定性相结合、 实证与规范相结合的方法，对我国城市化与经济发展的关联性、城市化对经济发展和城 乡收入差距的影响进行研究。在研究城市化与经济发展关联性问题上，我们选取了可能 与城市化相关的 38 项经济发展指标，运用灰色关联的方法对其与城市化的关联性进行分 析，选取关联度较大的指标为耦合点，作为下一步分析城市化对经济发展和城乡收入差 距影响的作用点和研究对象。在城市化对经济发展影响问题上，我们对城市化驱动经济 发展的作用机制进行分析，并对其拉动经济增长的作用效果进行测算和预测。在城市化 对城乡收入差距影响分析上，本研究以刘易斯模型为基础建立了城市化对城乡收入差距 影响的理论模型，并建立若干假设，运用计量经济学相关方法，进行实证检验，尝试在 众多城乡收入差距影响因素中剥离和着重分析我国城市化对城乡收入差距的影响。最后， 我们在前面研究的结论和发现问题的基础之上，提出了加速城市城市化和人口城市化的 途径和战略选择。 关键词：城市化，经济发展，城乡收入差距，关联性，影响分析 ABSTRACT Follow ing the economic crisis of world, the character ist ic of out-of-balance with our developing pattern of economy and societ y is prominent. The conventiona l pattern with export-oriented and extensive-oriented model can not susta in. We confront the critical period of adjust ing of structure in societ y and economy. That forces our nation to conduct the choice of developing strategy and bear the stress of transformation. On the one hand, we must seek out the new growth pole and pattern of developing for further GDP growth. One the other hand, we are suffering the hard constraints further from the environment, the resource consumption- based economic growth can not be continuing. Furthermore, the income gap between the rich and the poor, as well as the distribution of income, force us to consider the balance between equality and efficiency, the paper deems that the crack of puzzle of dual economic structure of urban and rural areas is the effective way. Therefore, the complex coupled relationships force us to relocate the destination of developing, exploring the origin of deep-seated problem , build the pla nning of
