城市中心区空间复合化研究-城市规划与设计专业论文.docx

摘要 21 世纪是竞争的时代，也是城市的时代，粗放的城市发展模式已经不 再适应城际竞争的需要，城市中心区作为城市的核心区域，它的优化发展对 城市提升城市综合竞争力至关重要，城市中心区需要优化自身资源配置，挖 掘内在潜力，在硬质环境与软质环境两方面共同寻求空间的复合化发展，其 核心目的是提高城市中心区资源利用效率，提升城市中心区环境魅力。 硬质环境是城市中心区一切活动的物质载体，作为中心区的基础条件， 硬质环境的发展水平是决定中心区发展的基本条件，在城市有限的资源条件 下，提升中心区硬质环境运营效率是中心区两个核心问题之一，空间复合化 理念以土地利用、功能布局、交通组织、空间利用作为研究硬质环境的核心 手段，通过对我国中心区硬环境发展的不足，明确现实问题，在城市规划的 框架内，提出具有针对性的发展策略、发展原则与发展模式，创建一个各种 资源高效运营的中心区硬质环境。 软质环境是城市中心区的内在特质与空间性格的集中表现，是城市中心 区环境建设中更高层次的追求，在城市已有条件的限定下，发展体现城市魅 力的软质环境是中心区建设的另一个核心问题，空间复合化理念以文化氛 围、商业业态和空间活力作为研究软环境的切入方式，研究影响中心区软环 境发展的诸多因素，着重探索城市规划与软质环境的内在联系，达到以城市 规划的手段引导中心区软环境健康发展的目的。 梳理城市中心区发展类型、发展特点、发展趋势，对我国城市中心区现 状进行剖析，提出我国城市中心区中存在的共性问题；分析空间复合化理念 提出的背景、目的，提出空间复合化理念的内容、分类，找寻空间复合化理 念对中国城市中心区发展建设的现实意义，更加深刻的理解空间复合化理念 的优越性，为城市中心区的发展提供现实依据。 关键词 城市中心区；空间复合化；硬质环境；软质环境 Abstract The 21st century is an era of competition, but also the city of the times.
